How a payment is processed

1. You review the Pro plan ($49/month flat unless a promo applies) and our Refund Policy.
2. You enter card details in secure fields provided by our processor (NMI Collect.js).
3. The connection uses HTTPS / TLS. Data in transit uses strong encryption (commonly described as 256-bit TLS where the browser supports it).
4. The processor authorizes the charge with the card network and returns an approval or decline. We receive a token / transaction reference — not the full primary account number.
5. You see on-screen confirmation; the charge may appear on your statement under a Citinet Solutions descriptor.

Who processes the card

Online card payments for GetProofed Pro are processed by Network Merchants, LLC (“NMI”) and the acquiring bank that underwrites the Citinet merchant account. NMI supports PCI DSS–compliant tokenization and hosted/secure fields.

Citinet Solutions, LLC is the merchant of record for GetProofed Pro charges.

What we store — and what we do not

• We may store: name, business name, billing email/phone, trade, last four digits of the card, brand, expiration month/year, amount, date, and authorization/reference codes needed for receipts and support.
• We do not store: full primary account number (PAN), CVV/CVC, or magnetic-stripe / chip track data. Security codes are used only for authorization and are not retained by GetProofed.
• For recurring Pro billing, the processor stores a token. GetProofed staff cannot view the underlying full card number.

Encryption and site security

• Checkout pages on getproofed.ai are served over HTTPS with TLS.
• Look for the padlock in your browser before entering a card number.
• We do not ask you to send full card numbers by email, SMS, or chat.

Cards we accept

Unless checkout states otherwise, we accept major credit and debit cards shown on the form (typically Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We may require AVS and the card security code.

Recurring billing

By starting Pro, you authorize Citinet Solutions, LLC and its processor to charge $49/month (or the promo amount) on each renewal until you cancel under the Refund Policy. Update your payment method by contacting us. Failed renewals may be retried and may suspend Pro access until resolved.

Fraud controls

We or our processor may use address verification (AVS), CVV checks, velocity screening, and payer authentication (for example 3-D Secure) when available. A transaction that fails verification may be declined.

Your responsibilities

• Confirm you are on getproofed.ai (or another domain we identify in writing) before entering payment details
• Do not email card numbers to us
• Use a payment method you are authorized to use
• Review the total, billing frequency, and refund terms before paying

PCI DSS role

We reduce cardholder-data scope by using processor-hosted / tokenized fields. Our processor maintains PCI DSS certification for systems that receive raw card data. Our obligation is not to request or retain prohibited card data outside those systems.
