Uploads & hold-harmless

By uploading, you confirm you own those materials or have permission to use them. You agree GetProofed / Citinet Solutions, LLC is not liable for disputes arising from what you upload. You upload at your own risk.

Where data lives (Phase 1)

Projects and photos are stored on this browser / device. Clearing site data removes them. Pro checkout may store account details with our payment partner (Citinet / NMI) — separate from your photo library.

Deleting data

• Delete a project in the app (trash) to remove it and its photos from this device.
• Settings → delete all data on this device to wipe local GetProofed storage.
• You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GetProofed at https://getproofed.ai, the web app, checkout, and related pages (the “Services”), offered by Citinet Solutions, LLC (“Citinet,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services, creating an account profile, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, and Secure Checkout page. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use GetProofed for a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business. Provide accurate name, contact, and billing information and keep it current.

4. The product

• Homeowners: free use of core on-device job documentation features.
• Contractors / Pros: optional Pro subscription at a flat $49 per month (1 seat) for Pro features described on the site and in-app (for example professional share links and related Pro tools). Cancel anytime under the Refund Policy.
• Invite/share features let you share what you choose with the other party. You decide who receives a link or invite.

GetProofed does not verify licenses, insurance, or work quality with boards or carriers. Status based on dates you enter is for your records only.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity on your device profile and for safeguarding access. You will not:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, or abuse
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt security, or scrape the site abusively
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Collect or transmit full payment card data outside approved checkout fields
• Upload content you do not have rights to use, or that infringes others’ rights

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms, processor rules, or law have been violated.

6. Fees and billing

Pro pricing is shown at checkout (flat $49/month unless a promo applies). You authorize Citinet Solutions, LLC and its payment processor (NMI) to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due. Failed payments may result in loss of Pro features. Subscriptions renew until cancelled per the Refund Policy.

Card payments are processed by our third-party processor. We do not store full primary account numbers or CVV on GetProofed servers. See Secure Checkout.

7. Intellectual property

Citinet / GetProofed retains rights in the software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services while in good standing. You retain ownership of your photos and content; you grant us a limited license to process billing/account data as needed to provide Pro and support.

8. Confidentiality and customer data

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. You represent you have rights to submit any data you provide.

9. Service level

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Phase 1 on-device storage means you are responsible for backups of your device data.

10. Disclaimers

EXCEPT FOR ANY LIMITED WARRANTY REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that GetProofed will meet every requirement or that third-party networks (including payment networks) will be available without interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citinet Solutions, LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability arising out of the Services will not exceed the fees you paid for Pro in the three (3) months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under New York law.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Citinet Solutions, LLC against claims and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your content or shares; (c) your violation of these Terms or law; or (d) billing disputes / chargebacks related to your Pro subscription except where we billed in error.

13. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop using the free app anytime and delete local data. Pro cancellations follow the Refund Policy. We may terminate for non-payment, fraud, legal/processor mandate, or material breach.

14. Electronic communications

You consent to receive notices electronically at the email on file. Click-wrap acceptance at checkout and payment authorizations are valid.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is state or federal courts in Westchester County, New York. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after written notice.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel Pro as provided in the Refund Policy.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, Secure Checkout page, and any order confirmation constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
