What GetProofed protects today

• Transport encryption: getproofed.ai is served over HTTPS / TLS so traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit.
• On-device job data: Phase 1 stores projects and photos locally in your browser. That reduces cloud exposure of your photo library — and also means you should not rely on us for backup until optional cloud sync exists.
• Payments: Pro checkout uses NMI Collect.js / secure fields. Full card numbers and CVV are not stored on GetProofed servers. See Secure Checkout.
• Access: Administrative access to Citinet systems that support GetProofed uses strong authentication practices appropriate to the environment.

Operating company practices

GetProofed is a product of Citinet Solutions, LLC. For Citinet-built and Citinet-hosted systems generally, Citinet describes the following posture (these are Citinet organizational practices — not a claim that the Phase 1 GetProofed photo library is hosted in a SOC 2–certified cloud vault, because those photos are on-device today):

• Preference for reputable data-center / cloud foundations that publish independent security attestations (including SOC 2 for applicable hosting providers when Citinet hosts workflow systems there)
• Encryption in transit (TLS) for web applications
• Encryption at rest (AES-256) for applicable hosted workflow data stores Citinet operates
• 2FA / SSO available where an engagement requires it
• Hands-on support — no outsourced call-center “ticket theater” for Citinet product support

We do not claim GetProofed itself is HIPAA certified or SOC 2 certified as a standalone product. If you need a BAAs or specific compliance packaging for a future cloud edition, contact us and we will say clearly what we can and cannot support.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your device and browser updated
• Do not share devices unlocked with open GetProofed data if the job is sensitive
• Export or back up anything you cannot afford to lose (Phase 1 has no cloud backup of photos)
• Never send card numbers by email
